    Zhejiang Changxing Qianjin Machinery Foundry Co., LTD is located in the Industrial Function Area of Sian Town, Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Invested jointly by Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group Company and Hangzhou Fengsheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, the company was set up in March 2007. It is a specialized foundry specializing in marine gearboxes, engineering mechanical transmissions and heavy-duty automobile gearbox castings, with its registered capital of 1.5 million yuan. In November 2009, the company obtained the certificate of ISO9001:2000 Quality System authentication. The staff own more than forty years’ technology in producing housing or thin-walled castings. The company occupies an area of 118,000 square meters, of which building area is 58,000 square meters. At present, there are about 500 employees, including more than ten professional technicians and management personnel. It administers five workshops, that is, mechanical modeling, resin sand modeling, lost form casting, cleaning and wood pattern. It owns one humid sand modeling line, four resin sand production lines, one lost form cast line, 20 various mechanical jolt-squeezers, OBLF direct-reading spectrometer and other kinds of physical and chemical testing equipment. The company outputs 25 thousand tons castings annually and its sales income exceeds hundreds of million yuan per year. The common casting materials include HT150, HT200, HT250, HT300 and QT400, QT450, QT500 and QT600. Both enterprise scale and the degree of mechanization rank the front in the province. The company adheres to a business theory of “providing satisfied products and service to customers”. The company has successively established a stable supply cooperation relationship with more than ten enterprises in the province. Except the castings for Hangzhou Gearbox Group Company, part of castings has been sold far to Japan, Canada and other countries.
