They deserve NOTHING!!!!This company said they could produce my prototypes, after negotiating and many emails I awarded, and sent deposit. 2 days later they rejected my job and I don't know where my $$ is. On mentioning this to my contact (Mady), Yixin ensured that the production order had the finish we desired. They also incorporated a change to the print that we made after sample submission.The parts came on time, shipped by DHL and were packed quite well. However, we had some parts that looked "burnt". Thankfully, it was only a small percentage of parts, and therefore we aren't highly bothered by it. We would have expected QC to catch those parts, but in spite of the appearance, the parts are functional.Overall, the parts seem to be good what we were expecting, and barring any assembly issues, we are happy with the quality of product we received. Yixin is definitely a company we would do business with again as long as their prices remained competitive."

"We ordered 3 parts (used on the same line of product) from Yixin. The sample and production parts were well made and there are no complaints to be made as far as the production.While the other parts we received from Yixin were well packaged, these parts (which ended in a thin tip), were not packaged as well as we would have expected. As a result we have some parts that were damaged during shipping. However, the damages are mostly cosmetic and will not be a factor in our reconsidering Yixin for future jobs."
