Yantai Pengcheng Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd., Yantai Pengcheng Metallurgical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Yantai Pengcheng Axle Co., Ltd. are under Pengcheng Group, which is the main mating manufacturer of the projects of Doosan. The company has a fixed capital of 0.2 billion yuan and realizes the tax of 10 million yuan. It has more than 600 staff including 26 senior engineers and 32 people with college degree or above. The company boasts its abundant technical strength as well as complete equipment and processing measures. It successfully passed Quality Management System in 2000. By cooperating with Korean customers, it founded Yantai Pengcheng Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. in 2005. By building a new plant of 80 mu and purchasing advanced CNC processing equipment, it founded Yantai Pengcheng Axle Co., Ltd. which is mainly engaged in the production of loader 5T axles, loader gear boxes and excavator breaking hammers. With further expanding strength, the company will become the star enterprise of the machinery industry in Yantai Area.

 

The company undertakes the manufacture and installation of large-scale metal structures and large-scale plug weld parts such as chemical tanks, steel ladles and iron ladles of 10 tons to 210 tons, and flues. It has more than 80 sets of most advanced CO2 protection welders, 6 sets of argon arc welding machines, etc. The company has provided high-quality products for more than 30 key enterprises such as Baosteel, Shougang, Cdsteel, Btsteel and Yantai Mit, Manoir Co., Ltd. Besides, with more than 40 pieces of large and medium-sized turning, milling, planing and boring equipment, the company undertakes external processing business.

 

Located in Muping District, Yantai City on the shore of the beautiful Yellow Sea, the company enjoys four distinct seasons, pleasant climate, advantageous geographical condition and advanced transportation.
