Xiangshui Site Industry Co. Ltd. (Hereafter called “STG”) is a leading manufacturer of bearing housings, pillow blocks, plummer blocks, adapter sleeves, and other castings and stampings, with its main factories located at Yunhe Town, Xiangshui County, Jiangsu Province, China.
Main products of STG:
-Plummer blocks, including but not limited: SN, SNL, SAF, SNG, SNU, SNH, TVN, etc.
-Ball bearing units, including but not limited: UCP200/300/X00, UCF200/300/X00, UCFL200/300/X00, UCFC200/X00, UCT200/300/X00, etc.
-Adapter sleeves, Withdrawal sleeves.
-Other precision castings and stampings.
-Industrial bearings.
We export our main products to USA, Japan, Korea, India, Russia, Germany and other countries. Our main products are widely used in steel mills, oil drilling, agricultural fields, food industry and railway systems.
We have own foundry facilities, with 1500 ㎡ casting works, 10 sets of molding machines, 1 set of 3T blast heating cupola, can make grey iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron and cast steel, to produce 1800 tons of castings and 3 million pieces of plummer blocks and pillow blocks per year. We have 10 sets of advanced NC machines, 7 sets of boring machine, buzz planer, milling machines, drilling machines, 15 sets of turning machines and 3 sets of stamping machines, can machining plummer blocks, pillow blocks, adapter sleeves, stampings and other precision castings. We have the comprehensive inspection instruments
and QA teams to control all manufacturing processes and products quality for meeting customers' requirements.
