Stereolithography
This is where your original model is developed in a very short space of time on the basis of CAD files. Using the latest laser technology, layers of liquid epoxy resins are hardened. A firm three-dimensional model is created.
Hollow pieces and undercuts can be superbly realized. Samples and prototypes that exceed the standard construction space sizes are produced from individual parts and joined together precisely using adhesive joints.
Selective laser sintering
With this procedure, your functional prototype is developed over a very short space of time on the basis of CAD files. Thanks to state of the art laser technology, small series can be also be realized quickly and without the construction of molds. Using the latest laser technology, powder from PA (or alumide) is hardened in layers. A firm three-dimensional model is created.
It can even be constructed part in part. Hollow pieces and undercuts can be superbly realized. Samples and prototypes that exceed the standard construction space sizes, are produced from individual parts and joined together precisely with the help of welding technology.
3D-Printer
Hardly anything explains the common ideas world as precisely as a three-dimensional model. Here too we put our faith in state of the art technologies: 3D-Printing. With it, we build perfect function prototypes directly from the CAD system. Other advantages are obvios:
Quickly: through the application of a model and support material in the PolyJet process, a firm original model made of plastic is created in a very short space o time.
Exact: Samples and prototypes the dimensions of which exceed the standard construction space sizes are produced in individual parts and exactly joined through adhesive joints.
Variable: hollow parts and undercuts can also be superbly realized, and can also be built part in part. And.... - grinding, drilling, painting - no problem with our 3D print models.
Vaccum casting
The advantages: Flexible, fast and economical Vacuum casting is ideally suited for the production of pilot series parts right up to the completion of a series tool and for the manufacturing of precision samples.
Vacuum casting and the RIM procedure duplicate original models produced using stereo lithography, as well as modified series parts, milling and adhesion parts in less then 5 working days.
Injection molding
We can produce your parts in original materials in a cast tool. A tool is created from a stereo lithography model with the aid of aluminium filled epoxy resin. From this, parts can then be injection-molded from all current plastics granulates.
