The company was started in October 2007, and since then has been involved into CNC Machining of parts with varied complexities and accuracies. Our motto at Volmac Components has been to make our Customers feel exited to work with us. Since the inception, we are constantly working on improving our Systems & Processes, People, Infrastructure and every aspect which would contribute to the Quality of Products that we deliver. Deliver Ready-To-Use parts, which includes procuring casting, machining the same to Customer specifications, along with any other required special processes
Material grades sourced and machined are – Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Steel & Steel Alloys and Aluminum
Castings are supplied to us from foundries which are renowned across globe for their Quality
We also serve our Customers as Sub-Contractors, which includes machining of raw material supplied by Customer
We handle special processes like Heat Treatment, Phosphating and Painting with Sub-Contractors in close vicinity
