Vastupal Bearing Races Ltd was established in 1994 with a small workshop of 4000sq ft constructed area and with a workforce of 8Nos to a astonishing 45000sq ft constructed area with a work staff of 125Nos plus. Our management is coming from technical background alongwith a very highly skilled and qualified working staff which resulted in the ISO 9001-2000 certification.
Our growth for the last three years is maintained at the rate of 30% consecutively. It is our team effort and under very efficient and dynamic leadership of our management personals. 2] RING ROLLING UNIT :
The production of seamless forged rings is often performed by a process called Ring Rolling on rolling mills. Our Ring Rolling mill produces rings with outside diameters of just a few mm to over 400mm and in weights ranging from a 250 Grams to 14 Kgs. We have two different lines with capacity of 250 M.T production Capacity per month of each lines & equipped with Induction Billet Heater.
