TOOLING METHODS
Through our 45 years of experience in the metal business we have developed tooling that inexpensively takes advantage of punch press manufacturing methods. Punch presses are the most cost effective way to add features to metal, plastic or foam. Our tooling methods allow our customers to enjoy punch press pricing without the cost of progressive dies.

SMALL AND MIDSIZE QUANTITY PRODUCTION
The manufacturing methods at United Industries are suited perfectly for small to midsize quantities. Our
customers realize immediate savings on parts when the runs are 200 pieces and greater.
 

WELDING
Many of the parts we produce are components of an assembly. United Industries can fuse your components together using our MIG and TIG welding equipment.  

HARDWARE INSTALLATION
United Industries uses our punch press tooling methods to also make hardware installation more efficient and cost effective.
