1991 , 6. March - the company UNITHERM is registered in the Companies Registry of the Regional Court in Usti nad Labem, Section C, Insert No. 245.
1992 - 1998
The activity of the company, which is focused on heat savings, develops successively from heat measuring & control to activity in heating industry. This activity consists of commercial, designing and implementation works, including heat production operations by means of co-ownership of a heating company.
The company is successful, being awarded at a number of exhibitions, such as Pragotherm, Racioenergia, etc.
Another award comes from the Association of Danish Enterprises in form of a diploma and a medal of His Majesty Henrik, The Prince of Denmark, for expansion of business activity between both countries.
1999
The company took a strategic decision concerning expansion of its business activity by running a foundry of aluminous castings, cast into sand moulds.
Thus two independently controlled divisions began to operate:
• Division Energo / currently Heat Engineering Division /
• Division Foundry / currently Foundry - Machining Shop Division/
2000
UNITHERM sells its equity share in the heating company and operates in the area of heating industry - building of boiler rooms, heat and gas distribution systems.
The foundry has been expanding its activity by casting of aluminous casts into metal moulds and also by other technologies, such as impregnation, heat processing of casts and subassemblies.
The foundry also obtains Quality System Certificate according to the CSN EN ISO 9002:1995 standard.
2001
The Energo Division continues successfully in building of boiler rooms and other units in the area of heating industry. At that time, UNITHERM is already considered a prestigious company in the branch.
The Foundry Division obtains more customers not only from Europe but also from the US.
2002 - 2004
The Foundry Division defends the certificate according to CSN EN ISO 9001:2000, whilst adding the environmental management system, conforming to the CSN EN ISO 1400:1997 standard requirements. The casts machining shop is reconstructed fundamentally, and machining centres are purchased.
2005 - 2007
The company relocates completely to new premises and changes its registered office to: Vedlejsi 25, No. 88. The management of both divisions is changed radically.
In 2007, the Heat Engineering Division´s quality system certificate is implemented successfully.
The Foundry - Machining Shop Division prepares new, modern premises for casting of casts in metal moulds, construction of which should be completed by December 2007. At the same time, also the project documentation for expansion of the foundry in sand moulds is in the preparatory process, with planned completion in September 2008. The Heat Engineering Division expands its activity to Bulgaria - which results in establishment of UNITHERM Bulgaria Ltd., to the Russian Federation and to Ukraine.
