Twisted Customs, is a veteran owned and operated machining, metal fabrication, and welding business, whose mission is to effectively bring aerospace quality machining and welding to the commercial level.

We have over 40 year’s experience with the air craft industry.  Machining and sheet metal experience, manufacturing complex air craft structures and general fabrication repair techniques.

Welding of exotic metals and certified on Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Magnesium, Chrome Moly, Low and High Carbon Steels, Stainless and Cobalt.

We have extensive knowledge in blueprints, trained on Boeing, Lockheed, General Dynamics, Rockwell Int, Northrup Grumman, General motors, Libby Owens Ford, Champion Sparkplug, Hydromatic transmission.

We have worked in tool and die shops, precision grinding, mold making, manual and cnc shops, 24 years CAD/CAM experience, experience in 3, 4, and 5 axis toolpaths, complex surface creation and machining, 4 axis wire edm, 3,4, and 5 axis mill, 3 and 4 axis lathe.

Our employees have secret clearance levels, screened throughly and are drug free.
