Twin City Mold Engineering was established in 1968. We cast aluminum and zinc metal and injection mold various types of plastics, including all thermoplastic resins. From the most simplistic to the most complex parts, Twin City Mold Engineering is able to provide high quality aluminum and zinc castings for our current customers and for future customers. We have the capabilities of manufacturing custom tools for both die casting and injection molding. We hold tolerances required and specified by our customers using industry standards. Types of products produced: Die cast toys, insulators, gaskets and grommets, housings and hardware, brackets and hinges, vending machine parts, covers and nameplates, decorative castings, electronic enclosures, gears and industrial parts, containers and cases, medical products, agricultural products, fire truck accessories, computer cases, and recreation equipment.Capabilities:We currently have two zinc and two aluminum die casting machines.
