Tri Tec Corporation

Tri-Tec Corporation was founded in 1976 to provide prototyping and short run molding for customers in the Midwest region. This was a logical extension to the work that our founder, F. Carroll Jones had done in the model-making field.

After several years Tri-Tec Corporation evolved into a molder that specializes in the injection molding of gears and other precision parts. We currently have over 20 molding machines that range in size from 30 to 200 tons.

In 1990, Tri-Tec added a complete mold construction facility. We have developed a quick change mold system that makes changes rapid and economical from both the tooling and production aspects.

Our quality system is ISO/QS compliant and supported with a wide array of inspection equipment, including a coordinate measuring machine and gear checking equipment.
