Tonnard Manufacturing Corporation is a manufacturer of short and long run metal stampings. Tonnard can provide a complete assembled item including heat-treating, painting, and plating as final finishing processes. They have over 100 punch presses from 10 tons to 440 tons including Robotic fed presses and Servo fed coil lines. Low cost in-house services are available including tooling with wire EDM capabilities, drilling, tapping, assembly including PEM fasteners, CNC and conventional press brake forming, MIG/TIG/Spot/T-Stud welding, CNC screw machine, CNC surface grinders, and CNC 3-Axis milling. Laser cutting along with combination Laser/Turret presswork is also available in-house for short run and laser required needs.
