TD and M Machining, LLC

TD&M Machining has over 45 years combined experience in the machining industry along with 20 years in the tool & die industry.

     We employ one journeyman toolmaker.  experienced machinists and operators to insure your parts are made precisely and on time!

    At TD&M we have experience in many areas including manual and production CNC machining. We are also experienced in the design and building of tools for the stamping industry. Although we work with a multitude of industries, most of our business comes from the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors.  

     Our specialties include, but not limited to CNC 2D and 3D machining and modeling, surface grinding and heat treating. We use a wide variety of materials, but have focused on all types of steel, aluminum and plastics. 

     Our equipment includes a 2006 Haas CNC toolroom mill , a H400N Mazak horizontal cnc mill, a 1999 Haas VF3, 2002 Haas VF4, an 20 x 30 Blohm surface grinder, a CNC knee mill with Anilam control, a Thermolyne heat treat furnace and a Topline vibratory tumbler.

     For precision measuring we use CMM and Micro-Hite equipment to ensure your parts accuracy.

     Software wise, at TD&M we utilize Surfcam 2D & 3D, Solidworks Professional, and AutoCad 2007.

     What sets us apart from other shops is that we take time to listen and understand what our customers want and do our very best to deliver. Every single part will be precisely made to print or it will not be shipped.
