Here at T&C Machine, having been in business for 16 years. We provide our customers with quality custom plastic injection molds and/or supply finished plastic parts if needed, short run machining, conventional and wire EDM. This is a privately owned shop in Longmont Colorado, and we are a well equipped shop with low overhead so we can compete with companies off shore in both quality and price. We are able to work efficiently and effectively even with difficult projects to meet our customers lead times, and expectations of quality. We guarantee our work. As you can see our capabilities list includes:

·      Shop with 4000 sq. ft.

·      3 machining centers with travels up to 30x20 in including coolant through the spindle

·      2 sinker EDMs

·      Manual and automatic surface grinding with travel up to 16x28 in

·      Agie Wire EDM with travel of 14x10x9 in

·      Manual lathe

·      CNC lathe

·      Radial arm drill press for deep hole drilling

·      Horizontal and vertical cut off saws

·      Inspection equipment including comparator, micro scope, and all gages and other types of measuring equipment

·      Solid Works cad software and full 3D Feature Cam cad software ( allowing us full capabilities for your design and machine programming)

·      In house heat treating

·      TIG welding
