Tooling and moulds is our core business. From precision and high valuable tooling and moulds, we also produce and sub-contract plastic parts, stampings parts, and die casting and assembling. Per our customer requirement, we can supply turn-key project on tooling and moulds direct and supply highly quality assurance. Since 2003, we direct export moulds more than 300sets, exporting value reach usd5 million , the main customer is USA, Canada, Italy , Spain and Turky, covering Automotive, Electrical,electronics, family Appliance and others. The maximum mould dimension is 2100*2100*1800mm, and the maximum cavities reach to 32cavities. Suzhou JST Precision Machining Co., ltd. set up in January of 2007, we main deals in mechanical components machining, turning, and milling, we also have stamping and welding parts. JST have 20000sqm land, there are 1500sqm standard plant with 5ton crane.
JST have 120 staffs now, there are 20 peoples with college degree, 5 engineers with advanced production, technology and quality control experience.
JST have CNC 2sets, milling machine 3sets, drilling machine 5sets, NC lathe 4sets, common lathe 40sets and stamping machine 4sets ( 63ton max.), CO2 welding machine 3sets .the inspection and measuring equipment including 3MM, hardness measure, tensile strength measuring and projector to ensure the quality control completely.
Our main products including un-standard parts, tubes, absorber components for car and truck, block chain, welding parts, various spindle for vessel, textile, chemical and others.
The 80% of our products is for export, our main customer from USA, Canada, Italy, France and Spain, there are local customer in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Zhejiang too.
JST was awarded ISO9000:2000 on October of 2007, we will strictly follow it to arranging our production and quality control system.
Our sister company Suzhou JST Mould Technology Co., ltd. set up on 2006, which is a foreign trading company main dealing in Industry product including mould, plastic parts, machining parts, stamping and Al casting parts, the sales value is above 3mil usd .
