Founded in Mainland in March.2009 with 1,100 square meter area, Sunny High Precision Machining Limited.Com belong to Shenzhen Yuanyuan Precision Plastic Mould Co.ltd and is a Subsidiary of a Hong Kong company which specializes in precision CNC machining and R&D manufacturing with staff of 30 people.

 

Currently our factory is equipped with sophisticated workforce:

 

1. 10 units of CNC machine imported from Japanese and Taiwan (max spindle speed is 12000 rpm, accuracy is +/-0.01mm);

2. 11 units of NC lathe made in China(max spindle speed is 3000 rpm, accuracy is 0.01mm);

3. 3 senior technical engineers;

4. 2 quality control employees;

5. 10 sophisticated operators;

6. Useful software of Pro/E, Master Cam, AutoCAD & Solid works;

7. Measure instruments: calipers, micrometers, diversified gauges & projector.

 

Our major business:

1. communication equipments, such as various Al cavities;

2. Al components used for optics lens;

3. Al components used for monitoring equipments.

 

Our business philosophy:

1. To win profit for both sides with lowest cost;
