Stone Pathway now uses this extensive innovative background of completely dry high speed machining and the invention/development of the Thriller® Tool to focus on high volume production machining services for the automotive industry.
Stone Pathway's capabilities offer production and low volume/prototype services for machining, metal fabrication and assembly. Using patented Ultra High Speed Machining techniques, our machining capabilities far exceed that of our competitors. Our metal working capabilities include (but are not limited to) up to 5 axis Milling, Turning with live tooling, Laser cutting, CNC press brake, vibratory surface prep, powder coating and assembly. We have full tool room capabilities to fabricate virtually any kind of work holding and tooling necessary and our engineering department is capable of everything from product development to the design, build and integration of special design machine tools.
Stone Pathway's capabilities also include elaborate laser processing facilities for automated welding, cladding and multiplexed laser surface enhancement with thin film coatings of diamond and various composites for wear resistance.
