The managing member of Spencer Manufacturing is a machinist with over 25 years of machining experience, along with 9 years experience as a Quality Systems Auditor for a major oil and gas company. In the past he has been an integral part of a Quality team that was awarded The Houston Quality Award for Manufacturing Excellence and was runner up for The Texas Quality Award for Manufaturing Excellence.
