Precision micro tig welding.
Micro Tig Welding
Micro-TIG welding is the ideal service if you are looking for small, intricate welds that can't be performed using normal TIG welding, and need to reduce the risk of warping in the heat effected zone. As its name implies, micro TIG is more precise than conventional TIG welding, making it ideal for smaller repair or assembly work. Micro TIG also requires the use of a microscope and a micro-sized torch head that is much smaller than used in conventional TIG, allowing for greater control of weld placement, especially in tight spots. The latest technology, microscopic laser welding, uses even lower heat than micro TIG and offers superior control of weld placement through use of a fixed laser head and microscope.
Shearing
Shearing is the process of cutting sheet metal and heavy plates from large stocks. Parts are sheared to precision lengths, widths, and gauges at greater speeds by our shears.
Bending
Bending is a manufacturing process by which metal can be formed by physically deforming the material and changing its shape. If your design involves difficult pipe bending, forming or fabrication, our manufacturing staff can make it happen.
Cutting
Cutting machines are used to cut steel or any other material. They are used by auto manufacturer, construction industries, locksmiths etc.
CNC Machining
CNC (Computer Numeric Control) Machining has many benefits to using. Providing unbelievable accuracy and repeatability specifications your project always comes out looking top of the line. Since these machines are very easy to setup and run, and since programs can be easily loaded, they allow very short setup time, which means a fast turnover for you.
Rolling
Our rolling services can provide quality results with a quick turnaround. If you need assistance in designing a custom rolled and welded part, please give us a call today for prompt, courteous, professional service.
Silver Soldering
When welding is impractical and a stronger joint than soft soldering is required, brazing may be employed. Silver Soldering is a form of brazing that is performed with high-temperature solder containing up to 40% silver. his method is particularly useful for joining copper, bronze, nickel and other non-ferrous metals to stainless steel.
Pipe Bendingg
Like any cold or hot working process, bending pipe alters the mechanical properties of the original material. We can produce virtually any metal component that needs to bend or curve.
