Mission 

Our mission here at Slagel Manufacturing is to safely fabricate superior products with high attention to quality detail while being able to sell to the market place at a very competitive price.  We take pride in getting our products to our customers when expected at all times and have a “whatever it takes” attitude towards meeting expectations.

People

Since the business started we have grown from two employees to over thirty-five employees.  We are proud to work in a drug-free workplace where hard work and dedication are rewarded.  Our people are our strongest asset and have a wealth of knowledge in their fields of specialty. 

Quality 

We are a growing organization that has put a very high emphasis on quality.  We currently are meeting ISO9000:2008 standards.  We employ two full-time quality and material specialists that lead our focused efforts in inspection, process control, meeting print requirements, permanent corrective / preventive actions, and are quickly moving forward with the use of modern lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools such as: 5S, 6 Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, SPC Charting, and various other tools to meet project needs.
