Shing Vai has been sourcing & manufacturing ladies, mens and childrens knitwear since 2003, and our main export markets are the UK and Europe with secondary markets in Northern America and the Middle East

We are very experienced knitwear specialists; each of our factories focuses on a certain price/quality group ensuring streamlined production and efficiency at economic cost pricing.

Our average production quantity per month is about 200,000 pieces of knitwear (+/- 50,000 depending on complexity).

Our production leadtime from 'pre-production' approval is between 21-45 days.

Our production capabilities cover the range from 3, 5, 7, 9, 12 and 14gg.

We can produce any type of knitwear: sweaters, cardigans, knitted polo shirts, dresses, tunics, scarves, as we have flatbed hand frames, automated, intarsia, jacquard.

We have access to all types of yarns from acrylic, cotton, VNE, organic yarns, lambswool, special blended yarns, and constantly develop new yarns with our suppliers to provide the latest compositions and technologies to our clients.

We frequently utilise additional areas to compliment our garments such as embroideries, beading and embellishments, printing and dip dyes.

Our factories are proud to have achieved independent ITS factory audit compliance for both ethical standards as well as technical standards.

All of our products are tested by independent third parties such as Specialized Technology Resources (H.K.) Ltd. Our products have been tested and comply with the latest REACH SVHC EU regulation.
