Shenzhen Ruifengyuan Stamping Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2007, is a professional design and manufacturing company specializing in precision metal sheet forming, punching and stamping products. We also offer services for OEM and ODM.
Our main products include cabinet, box and shell products like ATM shell, telecom terminal, network antenna, telecom cabinet, apparatus shell, medical equipment shell，special fastenning products, such as high-intensity rivets, inside-whorl steel tubes, precision micro screws, Brass insert, self clinching miniature nuts etc. We has great investment in factory facilities and advanced production equipments. The new factory areas cover more than 12000 square meter in clean and tidy condition.
Our main customers are: UT Starcom、Corning、Bossard, ZTC, China Telecom, Huawei, Emerson.
We have equipped with CNC metal forming and stamping production lines with main equipment imported from Japan, such as AMADA CNC EM2510NT punching machine, Amada CNC bending machine, cutting machine and other advanced production equipments.We have inhouse surface treatment workshop including powder coating and oil washing line that is in line with environmental protection requirement.
We have more than 250 employees in which over 20 are engineers and technicians. Most of them gained rich experience from large scale enterprise.
We organize the construction to improve and to have whole set consummation safe mass management system, at present we have the ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004.
