   We professionally major in processing materials including die sinking, injection molding ,oil injection and Screen printing.

   We are specialized in manufacturing various plastic , such as telephone casings, walkie-talkie shell, set top box, WLAN card,mp3,mp4,wireless router, digital photo frame, MID and son, of which we are so proud.

    Hongyuan was founded in 2003 when SARS outbroke. After our eight years’ hard working and plain living, Hongyuan experienced a large scale change. Take an eye on our machines , you will wonder how we make it true that from only 3 original machines to 50 modern ones.

Department and machine details:

Tooling department: two NCNs, three EDMs, one cut-off machine, two grinding machines, twodrilling machines;five milling machines.

Injection department: three 148Ts,two 128Ts,three 118Ts,four 98Ts

Silk-screen department: two pad printers; twenty Screen PrintersThe rest departments are Quality Dept, Statistics Dept, Material Control Dept and so on.

     Now the output of die sinking are more than 20 sets per month while the injection shells are more than one million.
