Precision machining shop has 10 sets cnc milling,15 sets cnc lathes, 20 sets milling machines, 5 sets lathes, 10 sets grinding machines. And has all kinds of inspecting equipments such as altometers, 2-D image measuring instrument, sclerometer, and micrometer, callipers, guages and so on. The genaral tolerance of the our parts can be controled in +/-0.05mm (0.002 inches ),special tolerance can be controled in +/-0.02mm (0.001 inches).
Injecting shop has 12 sets 140Ton injecting machines, 2 sets 500Ton injecting machines.
Sheet metal shop has one set advanced cnc laser cutting machine, one set advanced cnc punch machine, three sets general stamping machines and welding machines.
Die casting shop has one 500Ton die casting machine.
