Shanghai No.1 Machine Tool Foundry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is located in Wujiang Fenhu Industrial Park in Suzhou, south of Yangtze River, which was migrated from Shanghai Songjiang District. The company predecessor is Shanghai No.1 Machine Tool Foundry with 75 years history. The new company is close to 318 national highway and Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang Expressway, 50 kilometers away from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. It possesses a total area of 150 mu, total investment of RMB280 million yuan. The production base consists of large-scale, small and medium-scale resin sand casting production workshops, research and development center，quality control center and machining business division， it has advanced production and testing equipments, includes: 3 medium-frequency melting furnaces of 10 ton/h ,2 medium-frequency melting furnaces of 3 ton/h which are all produced by Inductotherm Group; BAIRDAS spectrum analyzer; USM35X ultrasonic defect detector etc. Main product type includes marine, machine tool, energy and electric power, engineering machinery and other general castings. For these casting our production capacity has reached single weight 60ton max for grey iron and 50 ton for ductile iron. Machining business division has various CNC machining equipments such as Japan ultra-large type of high precision milling machine, large boring and milling machine, heavy CNC vertical lathe, horizontal machining center etc., it can undertake all kinds of products’ rough machining and finish machining , put manufacturing and machinery one package service into practice. We have obtained the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certificates. Till now we have produced a variety of casting products for world renowned large scale enterprises such as Germany’s MAN, America’s Pioneer Pump, National Machinery LLC., and Franklin Electric etc. We work with spirits of elaborate casting, sincere service and keeping excellence.
