We are a Professional Electronic parts OEM factory, provide metal and plastic parts Manufacturing Services, We can produce products by CNC and Injection machine accoridng to the design or ODM according to customer's request.
Since Jan 2006 perform as a manufacturer factory, we continue provide suitable parts for our client. Now our customer all over the world, There are three main service for our customer currently.
1.CNC Lathe and CNC Milling Machining, Wire EDM,Sparker EDM service, we have 5 CNC Lathe for Single parts (machining Diameter from 20~160mm), 2 auto material CNC lathe for big quantity order (machinine Diameter from 6mm~42mm), 2 CNC Milling machine with 28 automatic change toolings head, 2 slow wire EDM,6 quick wire EDM machine, 3 Sparker EDM machine, and more than 20 different cooperation machines, by these machine, we can perform mostly difficult machining parts from iron, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Plastic material for our customer,
2. Mold design and manufacturer, plastic injection service, base on our CNC machining service abiliby, we have ability to provide customer with mold design and manufactuer service, we have 3 Plastic injection machine for customer injection job,the material can be PA,PC, POM, ABS,Etc
3.Gooseneck tube design and manufactuer, We have whole process to produce gooseneck tube according to client's request, the gooseneck tube can be used at Microphone, earphone, LED light, mirror bracket, hair dryer bracket ect.the gooseneck tube outer diameter about 2.0~30.0mm and Inner diameter /length cut as client's request. bend ability from softer to middle, harder. The gooseneck tube can support weight and keep position as user's willing, the user can change and keep the gooseneck face to any direction by user's hand. We provide surface disposal according to client's request, for example, plating zincification, chromeplate, plate nickel, electrophoresis dark,color etc. and we can coat PVC in black,grey,white or other color according to client's request. The gooseneck tube can produced as Rohs compliant and if client need, we can provide the SGS report with the gooseneck.
