SPARKY AD was established in 1907 as an agricultural machinery producer. In 2008 the company was listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. BSE code: SPV/ SPARKY. We are a subsidiary of the German company SPARKY GmbH with a head office in Berlin.

SPARKY AD is specialized in welding, casting and machining of metal constructions at customers bespoke design (parts of railway vehicles, cranes, aerial platforms, attachments and etc.). We are experienced also on the field of HARDOX, WELDOX and DOMEX steel parts production, as a partner of the Swedish producer of high strength steels SSAB.

SPARKY AD is a certified company by DB (Deutsche Bahn) and holds ISO 9001:2008, also DIN 15085- 2, DIN 3834-2, DIN 18800-7 KLASSE E welding certificates by SLV Halle GmbH.
