Our engineering capabilities can cater to demanding technical specifications and requirements for different types of industries. We have been machining components for challenging industries in terms of their technical requirements namely the Aerospace and 5 Axis CNC Tool Grinding Machines.
We are able to produce parts and components of consistent quality for tolerances of ±5µm for CNC milling process, ±4µm for CNC turning process and ±3µm for grinding processes.

3. CAD & CAM (Computer Aided Design & Manufacturing)
SPT specialize in 2 axis and 3 axis CNC milling and turning of very small parts, parts involving multiple setups or complex 3D operations and difficult to fixture parts. Thus SPT is a strong believer in investing in quality software. We use some of the finest CAD and CAM software available, and are licensed and trained users of the latest versions of CIMATRON. We have expertise in other CAD systems as well, including AutoCad and SolidWorks allowing us to serve the needs of our customers.
