S.C. IASITEX S.A. is one of the oldest and most important companies in the Romanian textiles industry.Along over 100 years of existence, our company has known several stages of development before it came to its current structure. It now has 400 employees.
S.C. IASITEX S.A. is specialized in the production and marketing of fabrics and ready-made clothes. Our products are pure cotton or different mixtures of various percentages of cotton and other synthetic fibres and can be used for a variety of purposes.
FABRICS
The fabrics created by Iasitex S.A. have different compositions: 100% cotton, 100% PES and mixtures in different percentages.
The main characteristics are:
- Width: 90 ÷ 180 cm for white fabrics and 90 ÷ 160 cm for colored fabrics;
- Weight: 60 ÷ 400 g/sqm.
Fabrics bearing: white, dyed in yarn (checkers, stripes), dyed in piece, having simple or complex finishing (washable or permanent starchy, fire-proof, crease-roof, mould-proof, dirt-proof).
The fabric’s structure can be: plane, atlas and special bindings.
According to their destinations, fabrics can be used for:
- Interior decorations – curtains, armchair, chairs, sofas covers, decorative cushions;
- Home using – kitchen towels, napkins, table clothes;
- Work and protection equipments – man and woman jumpers, overalls, protection aprons, fabrics for Army;
- Technical fabrics, for conveyor belt leg, tire leg, insertions.
The factory’s laboratories are permanently checking the technical characteristics of fabrics, from structure to endurance of dyeing, according to the conditions requested by clients and standards
CONFECTIONS
The products made in this unit are for:
- Upholstery: cover for armchairs, chair, long chairs and sofa, fantasy pillows;
- Interior decorations: window curtains, bedclothes, table clothes, napkins, kitchen towels, quilted blankets;
- Protection and work equipment: white, printed and colored jumpers, overalls, wadded clothes, wadded costumes and waistcoats
