Ruggieri Precision Machine, LLC is a precision machine shop specializing in large diameter CNC and manual turning and milling. We’ve been in business for over 14 years with employees offering 50+ years of combined expertise from ship building industries, metal forming and spinning, and job shop. We service a variety of industries including: pump, energy, fluid power, nuclear, pharmaceutical, transportation, commercial hydraulic and numatic to name a few.We can work with low and high carbine alloy steel, aluminum, and stainless steel materials and house the finest equipment to including horizontal CNC machining center, vertical CNC machining center, CNC turning center, and manual mills and lathes. Our facility is 5 years old of over 5500 square feet on 4 acres for room to expand with a 5 ton overhead crane pictured here. We also have ground level loading with fork lift on site. We can handle all file types and use AutoCAD and BobCAD/CAM. Ruggieri’s is ISO 9000 compliant, working on complete certification and provides inspection reports to all of our customers.
We are a small machine shop with quality machinists who work well together to accomplish our customer’s goals. We check each other’s work at all times and can machine larger parts at a lower cost to help save our customers on the bottom line. Many of our customers have been with us for over 10 years and would gladly supply references. We do our best to deliver on time and stand by all work. If a part is rejected we will rework or replace it ASAP. We still like to talk one on one with our customers and prefer to meet each one face to face as this is the foundation of having a perfect relationship.
