Rubber First Industry Corp. We have facility is located in She Hong county Industrial park, Szechwan in China with 30,000 square meters. Now it has a modernized standard manufacturing house with 22,000 square meters.

There are 85 machines for production, inspection and testing and production capability for each rubber product is 5,000,000 pieces per day.

1. Main products

The company is with the attitude of professional and insistence to focus the development and production of plastic products from the beginning.

The main products are rubber O-ring, metal parts with rubber, aluminum parts with rubber, general machinery tire, shock absorber (base), carburetor intake and many other kinds of rubber parts. The rubber products are used on automotive components, machinery components, medical and bathroom facilities, household electric equipment, electric instrument and dashboard…etc.

2. Technology and skills We have abilities for molding design and manufacturing independently therefore, we are sure we are able to design out according to customers’ request and make the customers satisfied with our professional development.

There are 16 precise testing and inspection equipments which is able to test and inspect the whole process from raw material to finished products. At the same time, we also emphasize the tests like, heat resistance, coldness resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oil and grind resistance in order to guarantee the developments and the quality.
