Quality Assurance:
Our factories are all ISO certified. Each shipment will complete a rigorous quality assurance prior to shipping. Each part will have its QA sheets manually documented and signed by our QA manager. All QA sheets and raw material certification sheets are standard documents for every shipment.
Here are 4 benefits we provide:
- RTP will replace any defective part via Fedex International Priority or UPS International Express at no charge to the customer;
- RTP will employ local resources to repair any defective parts free of charge when applicable;
- RTP will cover all cost for customers making replacement parts locally if our expedited lead time for sending replacement parts is unacceptable;
- RTP will give full refund if the rejected parts are no longer required.
