Romano Decolletage a small ware company of high precision. Thanks to a thirty years experience his founder, guarantees quality and flexibility.Founded in the 1990 by Mister and Missis Romano, current holders of the company, Romano Decolletage can satisfy any job application, supported by the long experience of the owner, who personally supervises the production and the quality. Equipped with a waste park machines, including machines CNC cammes, is actually working with six people in addition to Mr. and Mrs. Romano occupied in the following works:

Mr. Romano :Engaged in public relations, offers and market research, marketing, technical support at the staff, product’s supervision and management of his company.

Mrs. Romano:Engaged in organization of shipment, working’s scheduling, editing quality certifications, and management.

Two women:Engaged in packing the goods, control of production and certification of the product, supported by avant-gardes systems of control as projectors, digitals micrometers, and digital gauges.

Four journeymen:One used in washing and tumbling worked material, responsible of entry’s goods, reloading and maintenance of coarse lathes, recovery etc.

The other three, are employed in the technical management of automatics lathes to cammes and a mechanic/programmer on CNC, all always supported by the presence of Mr. Romano.
