The factory covered nearly 9,0000 square meters ,the world 's advanced level Modern CNC machining center is composed of Japanese AMADA NC Punching equipment .Large welded center and two automatic spraying production lines, as well as other advanced processing test equipment ,which formed a complete and powerful sheet metal, machining and spraying assembly, wiring and other productive capacities.
Randa has an engineering capability of fast sample trial-producing and putting sample into volume production. The company now has more than 40 industrial sheet metal art engineers ,among which more than 90% have over 5 years work experience in sheet metal design and sheet metal art technology, they can, according to customer demands ,follow-up he whole process of putting the new products(NPI) to the bulk Production (PIE) implementation according to customer demands so that to ensure that the process of trial and mass production problems are quickly and effectively solved .In order to ensure confidentiality and integrity of company and customer's technical information ,the company introduced into the APP and the PDM blueprint management software.
