  Qinhuangdao Ruigang Technology Import &Export Co.,Ltd.,former name Qinhuangdao Parts Import Company,was established in 1993 and was reformed into a state-owned foreign trade company with Qinhuangdao Port Group Co.,Ltd.as its holding company.
