Zibo Qianneng Machinery Co .,Ltd was established in 2007,its registered capital is 60million RMB,it covers an area of 200 thousand square meters, has a fixed assets of 0.5billion RMB.it is the vice-president unit of Zibo Casting Association, our company take full advantage of resource superiority of the local tightly enterprises,extend industrial chain to be a modernized green manufacturing enterprise including scientific, research, casting, machining, packaging and sales.

We purchased Zibo Electric Traction Machine Group Co.,Ltd.(which had been reformed by Zhangdian Electric Machinery Plant) in December 2008,the sales income is 300 billion RMB per year,mainly for railway traction motor,large and medium-sized industrial motor and wind generator,now its annual output ability is motor 3000,000KW,chemical machine 6,000tons,motor repair 100,0000KW

In order to extend the industry chain,increase our product additional value ,in the base of produce section bar, we added a project of annual output 200 thousand tons castings in 2010, the first phase invested 0.163 billion RMB,accomplished two sets of TOKYU Ⅳ07RR duplex casting producing line , 3 sets of medium frequency furnace ,smelting using the blast furnace ,annul output up to 40thousand tons,now the first Japan Tokyo Ⅳ07 duplex line had been put in manufacturing in June. The second phase we will invest 1 billion RMB,to import finish machining project and 3 sets of German HWS producing line, the constructional cycle is 2 years,the casting capacity will be 0.16 million tons,the sales revenue will be more than 3 billion RMB,our main products are auto braking system parts- flywheel,wheelhub,cylinders,cylinder cover,crankcase,cluth plate and mechanical parts-reduction box,pump and valve casting.and gradually delivered from rough casting to machined casting even assembled product.

Now we established coorperation with Dongguang Group,Eaton,GM,and the international famous enterprises like FIAT,NORD are still in negotiation.

According to our company development plan,at the end of2015,we can produce black casting,non-ferrous casting 300 thousand tons ,machining 30sets of products per year,becom the largest producing, research and develop base of auto parts and mechanical parts in the east of Shandong province.
