We provide extensive machining services from our 10,000 Sq Ft. facility Located in the western suburbs of Chicago for 26 years . We have the following capabilities:

 1) Conventional & CNC  turning, 

2) Lathe capacity up to 36" x 24" & 24" x 10 feet

3) Milling CNC & Conventional

4) Horizontal boring mill (36" cube x 5 feet)

5) precision jig boring & grinding to .0002  

6 ), Waterjet cutting of most materials including hardened steels, rubber, plastics, stone & glass

7) forming of sheet metal frames, brackets & various covers & assemblies up to 3/4 thick

8) Welding (Tig, Mig,Plasma, Oxy-Acetylene) brazing & soldering. Machining weldments to high precision

9) fabrication of Brakets, mounts, welded assemblies, tubular structures & custom pipe assemblies with power rolling equipemnt.

10 Design of  fixtures, dies, development and R & D.

11) engineering services including design & build, electrical panels & PLC programming/troubleshooting

 Our job shop offers from one to a "your" volume of parts.  We  work with tolerance down to .0002 when needed. On the fabrication side, We offer waterjet cut, fabricated, formed,welded, machined parts/assemblies and painted or plated.

We work with most metals, Plastics, Rubbers and gasketing materials.

 We are known for our quick response, resourcefulness  and rush service when your needs are urgent.
