Founded in 1976, PCPI began manufacturing with one machine,one customer, and two associates, and a simple philosophy of total customer satisfaction. The company has developed thermoplastics partnerships with some of the worlds leading OEMs. We serve as a prefered supplier to many industries including: Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Industrial / Consumer, Medical, Military, Safety, and Telecomminications. PCPI's high performance components are used throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia.
Within our modern 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, we operate 21 integrated injection molding machines. Our presses range from 28 ton/1.5 ounce to 550 ton/53 ounce shot capacity. Privately owned and operated, production operations are maintained 24 hours, 5 days per week. Thermoplastic material options include over 300 of the latest high-performance engineering polymers developed for impact durability, thermal endurance, conductivity control, and corrosion resistance.
From initial design concepts through full component production and delivery, our resources are dedicated to meeting our customers thermoplastics requirements and exceeding their expectations. Our quality system is annually audited and registered to the International Quality System Standard of ISO 9001:2008. Additionally we are a UL (Underwriter Laboratories) recognized thermoplastics molder.
