Polyneer Inc. is a TS16949:2002, ISO9001:2000, and Minority certified designer/manufacturer of elastomeric (rubber) seals and energy absorbing components located in New Bedford, Massachusetts.  We help our customers design products for various applications in diverse markets including Automotive, Plumbing, Marine, Defense, Electronics, Energy, and Consumer.  Our latest Patent Pending technology allows us to produce products here in the USA at globally competitive prices.  We manufacture all ranges of quantities from 1 piece to as high as 80 million pieces annually.

Parts range in size from .125" diameter to as large as 10" diameter and include common design like Orings, grommets, umbrella valve, quad (multi-lobe) seals, and various other complex custom shapes.  Our products are made from all types of elastomers, including high performance Fluorosilicone and various FKM polymers for fuel applications, NSF 61 EPDM, Nitrile, Silicone, and FKM for drinking water applications, EPDMs for Brake applications, and various other elastomers for very specific industry requirements. 

We currently operate 14 Rubber Injection Molding machines & 5 Rubber Compression/Transfer machines, all ranging from 5 Tons to 800 Tons.  We also have various finishing equipment and automated Vision inspection systems that are custom built for specific critical products.  Our facility is 22,000 square feet and we continue to expand into additional space as needed.  We operate 6 days a week - 24 hours per day.

Our company was established in 2001. We are partly owned by an Italy manufacturer called Ar-Tex who has been manufacturing rubber parts since 1970.  They specialize in O-rings and other custom seals for various markets, with a focus on plumbing.  Together, we continue to grow even during these difficult economic times because we provide significant value through cost savings and support.
