Pinnacle Precision specializes in small parts machining. Pinnacle is an up-to-date shop utilizing the latest in technology. Our machines are CNC Swiss type machining centers. We currently have five Star's with live tooling, full c-axis capabilities on both front and back spindles. Other machine capabilities are high pressure coolant for doing very deep holes; thread whirling for threads that can't be cut with standard single pointing; slotting and broaching units for different screw head configurations. The live tools enable milling, and drilling cross holes. All these options permit us to machine very complex geometery. We employ the latest in inspection equipment too. We have a two different types of optical automatic scanning measuring machines. These machines use computers and video capture devices to measure the whole od of the part at once - with accuracy and repeatability. For part processing we utilize multiple microscopes for deburring and to make sure our parts are clean we have an ultrasonic vapor degreasing machine. Our manufacturing software makes sure we have correct work instructions, the right material, and lot tracking of all parts. A complete device history of every job is kept on file.Our philosophy is simple - Build quality parts and deliver them on time.
