Paradigm Innovations

Though Paradigm Innovations is a relatively new business, I have been in the business of machining and tool design for more than twenty years and have been in the design and development business for six years.

I, the owner and founder of Paradigm Innovations has a home office in Castle Rock Colorado and part owner of a small fabrication company in Sedalia Colorado and is also a part time resident in Dongguan China. Here I have close ties with Richfield Corporation where we are involved with all product planning and quality control of products made through Paradigm Innovation.

Paradigm Innovations also has other foreign companies we work with for Die Casting, Metal Stamping, Powder Coating, electronics, and clothing.  Although I do not have the same relationship as with the Richfield factory, I have been doing business with these companies for nearly four years.  With the residents in China, visits to these factories are simple and inexpensive.
