Beginning with the customer's ideas we complete finished drawings, determine job requirements and the best method for producing the part. State of the art center of our fabrication is the KOMO 512 CNC Router used for cutting, drilling, and milling. Materials we work with include non-ferrous metals, multiple types of plastics and all natural and manufactured woods and wood products. Process analysis continues during each project through the machining, and quality control operations to assure complete customer satisfaction.We utilize the latest CAD/CAM equipment and techniques in producing manufacturing drawings and in programming our CNC machine.
