Orb Design & Mfg , Inc. specializes in custom manufactured cable assemblies, control panel and test equipment fabrication, including design and layout of front face panels, equipment packaging, metal fabrication, wiring, and system integration including system buildup, interface wiring and test.
With a 9,850 Square foot facility, we can efficiently serve the Commercial manufacturing, Military and Defense manufacturing industries. We fabricate electrical assemblies for basic electrical components, wire, connectors and sheet metal (cable assemblies, control panels, breakout boxes, test equipment).
Our quality assurance control is exercised with MIL-I-45208A. Inspection reports are available upon request and we also have the capability to develop Functional Test Procedures for new designs.
Our objective is to provide to the customer the level of service that works best for their situation. We can provide complete "turn-key" services in which we purchase and provide all materials, labor and testing for customers application or we are willing to provide labor only assembly services, or any combination thereof. Our production is designed to manufacture low volumes of 1,2,or 3 pieces or moderately high volumes of several hundred pieces. It is our intention to be the kind of service that 80% of the industry can use. We knowing that they are going to get the product they want.
Our deliveries are 95% on time and we practice 100% inspection to eliminate the possibility of a rejected part. We strive to produce a quality product that serves our customer's needs. We believe our customer has the right to a PERFECT PRODUCT.
