Most of our jobs have been with stainless steel and various types of "plastics" like ultem and fiberglass epoxy G10. Aluminum and steel are also very familiar to us. Five tenths is a tolerance that we have been able to achieve. Most machining work we have done has a tolerance of +/- .005. Closer tolerances have often been required from us that we gladly accept. *********** Our own equipment include milling machines,cnc, lathes,drill presses, a surface grinder, 48" shear, smaller punch presses, glass bead cabinet and sanders.
