Formerly known as Cixi Ocean Mould Factory, Ningbo Ocean Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2004 and mainly engaged in manufacturing and processing high-speed hot-forging molds. After several years of rapid development, the company has successfully become a comprehensive enterprise which integrates design, R&D, manufacturing, processing, assembling and network marketing etc.
Located at Zhouxiang Town, Cixi, Ningbo City, the company enjoys complete supporting facilities and extremely convenient traffic (within a distance of 200 km no matter to Ningbo, Hangzhou, Shanghai or airport and port). Currently, we own a complete set of processing and manufacturing equipment which are able to cover forging, heat treatment and mechanical processing etc and help reduce the production cost to the minimum while keep the quality of products. We now mainly have the following list equipment: 400T, 800T friction press, 250T, 150T forging press and its corresponding induction heating equipment, vacuum hardening furnace, tempering furnace, annealing furnace, common lathe, CNC lathe, automatic lathe, four axes machining center, precise engraving machine, sophisticated plane grinding machine, internal & external round grinding machine, radial drilling machine, milling machine and line-cutting machine etc; while our main products consist of the following series:
1) High-speed hot-forging molds,
2) Full set of automatic lathe fittings, including principle axes, cam and knife rest etc,
3) Numerical control cutters and machining center (CNC),
4) Numerical control modification and R&D for mechanical equipment,
5) Manufacturing and processing for precise mechanical parts and accessories,
6) Aluminum-alloy die-casting molds and plastic molds series,
7) Forging products and mechanically processed and forged pieces.
We are fully aware that, apart from strict quality management and process control, it is also necessary to possess top-notch check equipment for producing highly qualified products, so we equip a series of check equipment for newly added production equipment, mainly including: Three-coordinate Measuring Machine, Projector, Profiler, Hardness Tester, Microscope and laser marking system etc.
In 2005, the company started to implement ISO quality management system which passed the assessment and was put into practice successfully.
