We have CNC lathe, Milling machine, Grinding machine, centerless grinding machine and the other machines for the machining workshop. We have CNC bending machine, stampping machine, cutting machine for the fabricating workshop.

Ningbo Hengda Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., established in early 1990s, specializes in processing and manufacturing auto electrical appliance parts and precision electric motor and pump shafts, and can also process according to drawings provided by customers, with its products exported to Europe and America. Our company is located in the coastal area in east Zhejiang Province, and adjacent to Yongtaiwen Expressway and Yonglin Line Freeway, enjoying rather convenient transportation. Now, we have a factory covering an area of 30,000 sq.m., a construction area of 18,000 sq.m. and a staff of over 250, of whom 15% are technical and management personnel.

We have internationally advanced CNC lathes, cylindrical grinders, gear hobbers, friction welders and other production equipment to produce auto generators, starter shafts, precision electric motor and pump shafts, and to process precision aluminum die castings.
We also have advanced 5-125-ton punches, 45-60-ton hydraulic molding machines, and 45-320g injection molding machines to process all kinds of stamping parts, deep drawn parts, bakelite parts and plastic parts.
We passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System at the end of 2000.
