At Midwest Wire we consider our selves a full service wire former. Quantities from samples to large production runs are welcome. Our wireforming abilities include: wire bending up to 1.25 inches in diameter, CNC wire bending to .500 diameter, fourslide and multislide machines from .04 to .500 diameter, automated wire mesh welding, robotic and hand, mig and tig welding, rolled threads, cut threads, chamfering, broaching, cold heading, swaging, coining, piercing, stamping, riviting, resistance welding up to 250 KVA, butt welding, ring rolling, tapping and drilling holes in wire.

We utilize this equipment to produce wireforms out of stainless, carbon, and pregalvinized wire which include wire shelves, wire baskets, wire guards, wire grids, wire displays, custom wire products and shapes, brackets, hooks, grills, bails, rings and rods.
