Mianyang Jiancheng Electronics Co.,Ltd is the largest process center of fabrication and chassis in the southwest area, located in Lunan Industrial Park, Hi-tech Zone of Mianyang.) The business scope: Electrical installation /test of cabinets / racks; Electrical cabinet design and production; Module design and manufacture; Precision sheet metal processing; Machining; Design and manufacture of cable and connector。
The total area is about 130，000sqm and Standard factory is about70，000sqm.Until September there are more than 900 employees (in which senior or intermediate professional take up 30%.) Our company has a good management and introduces ERP, OA and lean production.
The main equipments include: Trupunch, EUROMAC NC punch ,Jiangsu Jin fangyuan NC punch, Precision Punch, Trubend, Jiangsu Jin fangyuan NC bend, Laser cutting machine, Laser welding machine, Machining Center, CNC lathe, Water cutting machine, CNC Shearing Machine, Automatic spraying line, Module processing equipment and so on.
The important test equipments include: 3D projector, ROHS ICP, salt and smog test, safety test and electrical performance test and so on. It can meet the customers’ high precision, strict standards.
We cooperate with the world top 500 enterprises---Emerson Network Power company, we successfully introduce it into the high-tech zone, which established the production base in southwest of China. We are the main supplier of Emerson, Ericsson, Maipu, Xinwei, Jabil, Changhong, Jiuzhou, Biaoding, Xuji and so on. Our company’s productivity has gotten 70，000 cabinets，2，000，000 chassis every year. Our smooth logistics can let the products to all over the world.
