MAOFENG occupies 1,200 square meters, over 100 employees, 300 tons annual capacity , the biggest mold is over 3 Tons, 3 sets CNC machines, 4 sets EDM machines, 6 sets Milling machines, 1 set CMM, 15 sets injection machines, the specification of injection machine from 50 Tons to 600 Tons.
Precision machining factory has CNC lathe, Grinding machine, Milling machine, EDM, CNC Polishing Machine.

We use the standard tooling such as DME, HASCO, FUTABA, LKM. Hot runner system we used: Moldmaster, DME, HASCO, YUDO and so on., the steel such as S136, S136H, 2738, 2344, 2083, 718H, 8407, DAC55, W302, H13, 420, 2316, NAK80, SKD61. General plastic material: PP,PC,POM ,ABS, PA6, PA66, HDPE, PVC, HIPS, TPU, TPR.
